Warranty Policy
Last updated: 30th September 2026
1. About this Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy explains the warranty provided with products purchased from Wellworking Re-Lived.
Our Re-Lived Warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
This Warranty Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Delivery Policy and Returns Policy.
2. Our 2-Year Re-Lived Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, products purchased from Wellworking Re-Lived are covered by our 2-Year Re-Lived Warranty.
The warranty lasts for 24 months from the date the product is delivered to you or collected from Wellworking, as applicable.
Before being offered for sale, Re-Lived products are inspected and, where necessary, repaired to ensure that they are suitable for continued use.
The warranty covers faults affecting the normal function of the product that arise during the warranty period, subject to the exclusions below.
3. What the Re-Lived Warranty does not cover
Wellworking Re-Lived products are pre-owned or refurbished and may show signs of previous use. The age, condition and previous use of a product are taken into account when it is assessed and offered for sale.
The Re-Lived Warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear arising from ordinary use;
- cosmetic signs of previous use, wear or imperfections that were disclosed or reasonably apparent at the time of purchase;
- damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or improper use;
- damage caused by using the product for a purpose for which it was not designed;
- damage caused by improper storage, handling or maintenance;
- damage resulting from alterations, modifications or repairs carried out by someone other than Wellworking or a person authorised by us; or
- faults or damage caused by external factors rather than a defect in the product itself.
Signs of previous use that are consistent with the product's stated condition, or which were specifically brought to your attention before purchase, are not considered faults under the Re-Lived Warranty.
4. Making a warranty claim
If you believe your product has developed a fault covered by the Re-Lived Warranty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
When contacting us, please provide:
- your name and order number;
- details of the product;
- a description of the fault or problem; and
- photographs or video of the issue where this may help us understand the problem.
We may ask you for additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the fault.
Please do not arrange for a third party to repair or modify the product before contacting us, as this may affect our ability to assess the fault and may affect your warranty where the repair or modification causes or contributes to the problem.
You can make a warranty claim by contacting us at service@wellworking.co.uk or on 020 3110 0610.
5. How we resolve warranty claims
Once we have received your warranty claim, we will assess the information you provide and may need to inspect the product before confirming whether the fault is covered by the Re-Lived Warranty.
Where a fault is covered, we will normally try to repair the product or replace the affected component where it is reasonable and practical to do so.
If we cannot reasonably repair the product, we may offer a suitable replacement. As Re-Lived products are pre-owned or refurbished and stock availability can be limited, we cannot guarantee that an identical product, model, colour or specification will be available.
Where an appropriate repair or replacement is not reasonably available, we will discuss the available options with you.
Where we need to inspect, repair or replace a product under the Re-Lived Warranty, we will arrange the appropriate collection, service or other arrangements with you. You will not be charged our standard £19 change-of-mind return collection fee for a valid warranty claim.
If we repair a product, replace a component or provide a replacement product under the Re-Lived Warranty, this does not restart or extend the original 24-month warranty period. The repaired or replacement product or component will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
6. Your statutory rights
The Re-Lived Warranty is an additional warranty provided by Wellworking and does not replace, restrict or exclude your statutory rights.
You may have statutory rights where a product is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract. These rights may apply independently of the Re-Lived Warranty and, depending on the circumstances, may continue after the Re-Lived Warranty has expired.
For further information about returning a faulty product, please see our Returns Policy.
